OpenSeat
Well, obviously I'm going to plug the organization I founded here. My co-founders and I started OpenSeat to tackle the ever-growing mental health needs of students and the unfortunate lack of capacity and diversity in the space for schools. We provide a diverse team of mental wellness coaches (who are amazing!) to schools to help extend the number of students a school can support. Our app connects coaches and students virtually and allows students to pick a coach that best meets their preferences (race, gender, language, expertise, etc.)
